Please take note of the custom song terms/conditions below:
File Format:
The custom song will be sent to you in an mp3 file via email upon completion. The custom song will only feature a solo piano instrument.
Conditions of Use:
This applies to all our mp3 tracks.
Our tracks are strictly only for your personal use / wedding event purposes; and NOT intended for business or commercial purposes. You should NOT distribute the tracks for any other purposes other than personal use / your personal wedding use.
You may pass along the mp3 file to your wedding DJ to be used for your wedding purposes.
Delivery Timeline – Custom Songs:
We would have advised you on our ‘start date’ of your custom mp3 song via email before you complete your purchase. Start dates may vary depending on our order queue at the point of order.
Generally, we will take 1-2 weeks from the ‘start date’ to complete the song and deliver it to you via email.
Revisions:
We may or may not be able to offer revisions depending on the request. Generally, we will only be able to lengthen or shorten the track once it has been produced – which is modifying the starting or ending section of the track. Hence, it is important to get the length requirement as accurate as possible upfront.
Refunds:
Refunds are considered on case by case basis, depending on how far long we have gone through the process of creating the track. We will also take into consideration how far we have deviated from your initial requirements. If you are still unhappy with the final product for whatever reason, the first course of action we will take is correcting the track as per your requirement as we would want you to be 100% happy with the track.
