For Custom Songs, we do consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. We understand that creating a custom song can be a very personal and emotional experience, and we want to make sure that we deliver a product that meets your expectations. However, please note that due to the amount of work that goes into producing a custom song, we may not be able to offer a full refund. We will first offer revisions if it does not defer significantly from your original requirements.

In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to request a refund, please contact us with via email (either using the form or simply replying to our email conversation) and a brief explanation of the issue. We will do our best to address your concerns and find a solution that works for you.

For pre-recorded tracks that are based on donations, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds. Once the pre-recorded mp3s have been sent to you for download, we cannot retract or undo the transaction. We hope you understand that this policy is in place to ensure proper compensation for our musicians for their time and effort in producing the tracks.
