It’s 2022, and weddings are still a big deal! But let’s be real: there are always certain people at weddings who just rub us the wrong way. Here are five types of people we can’t stand at weddings:

The overly-drunk uncle. You know the one: he’s had a few too many drinks and is now stumbling around, making inappropriate comments and generally causing a scene. Not only is he embarrassing himself, but he’s also making the rest of the guests uncomfortable.

The couple who can’t keep their hands off each other. Weddings are supposed to be a celebration of love, but there’s a time and a place for PDA. And that place is definitely not the middle of the dance floor while everyone else is trying to enjoy themselves.

The bridezilla. Weddings can be stressful, but some brides take it to a whole new level. She’s constantly snapping at everyone, micromanaging every little detail, and generally making everyone around her miserable.

The drama queen. Weddings are supposed to be a happy occasion, but this person is determined to start drama at every turn. Whether it’s stirring up trouble among the guests or causing a scene with the bride and groom, this person just can’t resist the urge to make everything about them.

The no-show. RSVPs are important for a reason! Not only is it rude to not show up when you RSVP’d “yes,” but it can also cause problems with the seating chart and catering. If you can’t make it to a wedding, it’s important to let the couple know as soon as possible.

In short, weddings can be a great time, but they can also be ruined by certain people. These five types of guests are definitely ones to watch out for!
